@_ecofeminist Chronic diseases are never fun, but it will be such a relief not to continue fighting gaining weight when it was not your fault! Thursday, October 11 Tracking: yes Calories: yes Exercises: 35 minutes of Zumba! Supposed to be 50 minutes but they started late and had announcements. A bit annoying as I wanted the full 50 minutes! Hoping for a loss tomorrow on my weigh-in day, but peaked and so far no! Fingers crossed!
