  • I've written different notes on my fridge, like, are you really hungry? I've posted pics I Don't like of myself on my walls, I try to stay busy, color in my adult coloring book, do small exercises in my home, clean.... I'm a very emotional bored eater and so far these have worked for me. Good luck!
  • Mine only tells me to consume 1600 and that's very hard to me, never realized I went over that limit so much and so easily
  • Same here on the Q-tips, made my ear swell up one time and couldnt hear out of it for a week. I'm currently day two quitting smoking beer. Sucks.
