There’s these things called “smart scales” that tell you macros based on weight if you put the code in - for white rice- for example. I am currently eating a very small portion of rice with my stir fry. 🤣

Hey- I’ve found some veggies logged in grams- for instance I searched “carrots in grams” and it came up- makes it a bit easier!
