  • I do a ton of soups. Making one or two huge batches usually keeps me set for 2 weeks (freeze 2nd week's). If you get bored with same things make smaller or multiple batches. So easy to pack because all you do is pull it out of the fridge.

  • Thank you so much everyone! I signed up for the beach body 30 day streaming trial. The hip hop abs was pretty good. My knees aren't liking me at the moment. My 6 days of working out might be 5 including 1 of yoga, but it's still progress. I haven't tried Jillian michaels yet, but I think I will this week. Thanks everyone!
