Your body doesn't care when you eat. That said, if I eat breakfast I will be starving all day for whatever reason. I tend to just have a coffee in the morning and eat lunch between 11a-12p as my first meal. It's really all about what works for you. If your interested in IF there are health benefits, yes.

Eat at a calorie deficit. Nothing more. Nothing less. You don't have to deprive yourself of certain macros to do this unless that's how you prefer to eat. With only 20 to go, I'd set myself at .5 pound a week.

Mines a bit different but to be patient with my body. I deal with sciatica pretty badly and it's hard to remind myself to slow down when it flares up.

If I eat breakfast I will be starving all day long for whatever reason. I drink a morning cup of coffee. As for an app or timer, my belly works just fine. I can't actually say I'm doing IF though because I believe having any calories at all breaks the fast from what I remember.

Normal. Mine decreased in flow and length thankfully. Maybe one day I'll even feel like I'm not dealing with a murder scene. :|

My stomach has shrank so much that even if I allow myself to eat at maintenance for a day (hello olive Garden) I don't even end up doingit because I get full so much faster!
