This last weekend I didn't do great with being AF I think this month I am 13/16 (counting today) days AF. Does anyone else struggle with a bit of an all or nothing mindset? It sabotages me every time because then I just throw a whole day or two away since I "Already messed up". Wondering if moderation is possible for me...

I really enjoy a wine glass of Kombucha from time too time. Plenty of different flavors to choose from and it also helps fool my mind a bit.

My goal was to do a dry February. I did unfortunately slip up for game day; however, I felt TERRIBLE and was reminded (yet again) that drinking really doesn't even make me feel good anymore. I feel fairly confident that the rest of this month will be spent DRY! Looking forward to the support on this thread :)

Officially scheduled my surgery for excess skin removal after a 114 pound loss! This has been something I've been dreaming of doing for so long and I finally decided that there is never going to be a perfect time and I'm going for it November 2021!

Hmmm some staples: Light Italian bread (45 cals/slice) Flat bread wraps (90 cal/9 grams fiber!) Avacado Tuna White onion (adds flavor to anything so I don't need condiments haha) Pinto Beans (fiber, fiber, did I mention fiber? ) Coffee Always chocolate of some sort. I should really give that up. My ezcema would thank me.

Dinner last night and lunch today. Added black berries on the side with lunch today. All of it was a little over 300 cals. I'm one of those thats wants to eat ALL THE THINGS in the afternoon so I save most of my calories for then.

Yep! If I'm going to spend a large amount of calories on something it's going to be on something I REALLY want. Not something that makes someone else feel better because I accepted their treat. Nope.
