Dinner usually. Sometimes lunch & dinner will be about the same and I'll have a small snack or two usually after dinner. I try to wait until 6pm to eat most of the time so that I'm not hungry again before bed.

I used to be a chronic stress eater (binge even) & now I find I'm the exact opposite. Oh no problems there :D Although there was definitely a mental adjustment when I ate back calories yesterday. I had to keep reminding myself it was okay and couldn't believe how much I could eat Ha!

This is exactly why I weigh daily. I like understanding weight trends and I can almost always guess if I'll have a higher or lower number in the morning based on exercise & intake.

Every day. It helps me to understand my weight trends but this isn't for everybody. If it negatively impacts your mood I'd do it less.

Exactly what everyone else said. Don't restrict anything but your calories. Don't rule out foods for being " bad". Focus on hitting your calorie goal first and you will naturally start making healthier choices as you go because you will have to decide what is and is not worth the calories . Like volume?
