Any budget friendly protein powder recommendations ? I'm planning on trying to eliminate dairy from my diet to see if my ezcema improves as we had remarkable results doing this with my son. How do you reach your fiber goal for the day? I'm finding it very difficult to reach my goal and stay within calories. I read avocados were pretty fiber rich so I'm going to get some. Amount of food
Is anyone else that is relatively new to calorie counting shocked at the sheer amount of food you can eat when you choose more nutritional foods? Just made what's seems to be the biggest Tuna Avocado sandwich ever at only 385 cals weighed out! Side note: idk why my phone capitalized the food items

I have the charge HR. Obviously I use MFP and I usually enter exercise manually but decided to sink up for the day and see what happened. 3,657 steps.
