Do the restaurant salads (chickfila, McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, etc) on MFP include dressing in the calorie count or do I need to add that on top of what's listed?

Some do, some don't. I check the restaurant website then choose an entry on MFP that matches.1

It depends -I know Wendy's adds their dressings into their salads (one packet for the half-sized, two packets for the large), while Chick fil A most likely doesn't factor in toppings or dressing with their salads (for instance, the side salad is 80 calories, but I know that it most likely doesn't include the charred tomatoes and pepper topping, because that also is 80 calories, and it makes no sense for a salad with a good 10g of cheese to be 0 calories). When in doubt, I always add the dressings/toppings as extra entries.1
