I know how you feel. Look at my pics but the health benefits and ability to do things we otherwise couldn't are so worth some loose skin!!

I don't really use any of my calories for milk because I'm at 1200 and just don't want to but my son has a dairy allergy & I have him on a glass or two of soy milk with added nutrients a day and orange juice high in calcium & Vit D in the morming to make up for some of what he is losing.

Honestly with your stats I think you need to reduce your intake. What does MFP give you if you set to .5 a week?

Usually do a pour over with two tbs coffee & two packs of splenda but I'm currently on a pumpkin spice creamer kick....because, well....pumpkin spice.

Oh man, this is ironic because we got invited to MILs for cupcakes & pizza for....wait for it.....my ONE year olds birthday. Any reason to celebrate with food. I told her that's fine and am going to show up with a packed dinner for myself. No ducks given.

This is a very valid point. What someone's take on just one day is absolutely matters. For me just one day usually means saving my calories for a big dinner at a nice place to eat and only going a bit over maintenance & then cutting 100--200 for a few as after. I could have more just one day than someone who eats calorie…

I think it really depends on quite literally if it is just one day. For a lot of people just one day turns into guilt followed by just one week, just one month, just stepped on the scale and HOW DID I GAIN 15 pounds? :D

Exercise is more for other health benefits and doesn't help THAT much in the way of weight loss. The most important thing is maintaining a deficit. Now it's up the OP of how they want to obtain that deficit . With or without these risks. (And no judgement from me. I used it about 4 years ago so I'm in no place to pass…

Thank Jen! Yes, definitely a lot of fat left. I am mostly hoping it doesn't droop lower because of health concerns. I don't mind having extra skin aesthetically. I think the only thing I can do at this point is wait and see!

Did anybody carry most of their weight in their stomach? My stomach is very saggy and I don't care about having loose skin aesthetic wise. I care about health/discomfort. I sometimes (most of the time) eat a separate meal from my family if it isn't easily weighed/logged. I don't really mind it too much. It leaves leftovers in the fridge for my husband to take to work.

If you search for the name and type grams that usually helps bring up an entry. Otherwise I will enter it as the cup serving but follow the gram recommendation on the packaging that way I know my"half a cup" is accurate

I still have 85 or so to lose. Sorry for any confusion. I meant I am still set to 2 pounds a week for about 10 more pounds before I go to 1. 5 a week and so on. And I'm 5 '3 so I'm thinking my maintenance may be around 1500 if I'm not actively working out. Makes me sad. Lol

I've lost 75 pounds and have been freeeeezing. Anytime I mention it my husband looks at me funny and tells me it's not cold. I still have 80+ pounds to go though! I didn't expect to feel cold when I was still really fat lol

Because you have problems on the weekends you could also consider banking calories during the week so you have more to spend on the weekend.
