  • I use my strips and it says I am never in Ketosis....after reading found out that happens a lot. I used to use this to keep me straight, but I have come to realize that there are a lot of things that make it show negative. Now I just use them to keep me motivated.
  • Try low carb tortilla. I like flat out tortilla shells. I use them for making pizza, wraps, fajitas, tacos etc.
  • Blackened catfish, in skillet in less than 10 minutes. Steam some veggies or make a salad, great stuff
