I have sciatica and a hip problem myself. I do really well with water aerobics. Makes my body feel so much better and it's a great way to burn the calories. But as everyone has said, check with ur doc.

I do both. Sometimes I'm just to lazy to get in the car and drive there. Or the weather is too bad.

I agree I meal prep on the weekends and stick food in the freezer. Throw some chicken in the crockpot and shred it up.
