Hi there, usually Leslie's walks are 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles. A mile usually takes between 12 to 15 minutes. My exerience with her has been, 4 miles for one hour, so you can just adjust accordingly. If I do a 3 mile walk, I will log it as: 'Walking 4 miles 45 minutes', hope that helps!

I tend to workout in the mornings, mostly to fitness videos (Dvds or Online), at least 30 min a day. I like walking, low impact HIIT or fusion type workouts like Barre.
