  • Here we go again sound like my line. I am 62, married for 38 years and a survivor of prostate cancer. Found MFP a year ago when our children gave my wife and I a garmin version of a fit bit for Christmas. I jumped on the wagon and have lost 20 lbs. stop track food and exercise midway thru the year and now getting back into…

  • I do not have that issue but I can tell you what others have suggested to watch what you eat but most important is to burn calories. I have a neighbor that has lost 50 plus pounds by walking. He is relentless! It does not matter the temperature or weather he is out there walking each day. start small and build up.

  • Life is a Journey! Although yours has been challenging you will look back on it and know you are a better person for the challenge. If life were easy it would not be worth living. There needs to be some pain to know you are alive. Good luck with your journey.
  • Would love to add a new friend as this is completely new to me. Any others out there that would like to add me or be invited please let me know.
  • Hi all! I am an active 62 looking towards retirement. My children gave my wife and I a "Garmin" version of a fit bit. I would like to join you ladies but not being of the tech age I must ask if if it's possible to link to you?
