What works for me when I feel that way is I start with small achievable goals each day or every few hour if I need to to keep on track. When I feel tired I look at if I'm Eating plenary of fruits and vegetables to help with. Energy. I try to exercise when I can sometimes that is just cleaning the house but I'm moving

I need to loos about 75 pounds as well. I've been hear for about 5 years and hoping to make it stick this time. I've lost about 9 pounds the past 5 weeks doing what has worked in the past but this time with the intent to make it a lifetime change in how I view food. I was just like that as well. I still have days like that but as time goes on I seem to be getting less ands less out of control in the evenings. I try to ask myself is what I'm eating for fuel or just a filler. If it's a filler I'll drink a glass or two of Lemmon water that seems to help. If my body needs fuel I eat…

Thank you, I'm hoping to try a 5k in April. It's crazy how winded and tired I get right now jogging less than 2 minutes. Looking forward to being able to do things without getting so winded.

I mix up a concoction of 1/2 lemon, 2 Tbs of ACV, 2 Tbs honey, 1 tsp cinnimon, 1/2 tsp turmeric and about 2 cups of warm water. I give it an occasional stir as I drink it. All the items in the drink have good health benefits.
