Mine is like clockwork, but it still gets me every time too. The mood swings, the hunger. I normally get full reaaally fast, but when I'm PMSing, I could literally eat all day and not ever feel full. No wonder a lot of us struggle with our weight!

I do hot power or flow yoga, and i walk a LOT with my pup, to work, grocery store, etc...

My goal is 1200, but with exercise it ends up being about 2000. I'm definitely losing at a comfortable rate.

just focus on eating healthy foods, and then move on to portion control once your body is craving the GOOD food you've been eating. that might be an easier way to do it. also, if you start exercising (even just walking at a brisk pace), you'll see that you feel much better if you've put good food into your body. be AWARE…

i used to eat a ridiculous amount of chocolate and candy every day, but i've replaced that with nice fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mangos...all very sweet! give it a try!
