I get insaaaane cravings when I'm PMSing, and can eat about 3 times the amount I normally eat. Does anyone else have the same problem? How do you deal with it so that you don't go over your calorie goal?

Hi, has anyone out there been successful losing weight by just doing yoga, walking, and eating healthy? I started almost 2 weeks ago (doing classes 5-6 times/week) and I've lost about 1 lb, but am wondering if I need to add in some strength training or something else.
