I can strongly recommend making a salad similar to this recipe: https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/bulgur-pomegranate-salad I usually add chickpeas (pan fried with olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper) and either feta or halloumi cheese as well :)
