I Mis-spoke. The training plan I use is on Runkeeper, not MFP. They share info so much, I get them confused!

Thank you all so much for your responses! I've been using the training plan in the MFP app. Do you suggest the C25K app instead? I find I have the best times and consistency when it's the 60 sec run, 90 sec recovery days on the plan. I just got back from a run, and averaged a 16 min mile. I feel pretty good about that!
