I'm having a chicken shish kebab tonight. I've estimated it around 600 calories. It's chicken and salad so figure I can't be far wrong. Ha! It was weigh in day this morning so I don't really worry if it's badly estimated for one meal.

I'll be honest. I had a rough birth. Emergency section and was left with internal bleeding for 8 days before they realised. I was not well :lol: but he was worth it :)

There you go. That's what I'm currently stuck with. I've still got a long way to go in terms of my stomach but mine has always hung over since having a section 10 years ago. My stomach muscles at the bottom are shot. No feeling there either. So there you go :)

Boiled eggs are a fab snack! As is a cooked chicken breast shredded that you can munch through the day. Make sure you weigh it first though ;)

Hahahahaha. Yep it had to come from an all knowing MD. If I shaved calories off my BMR I would be eating Oooh 1100 calories a day. So err no. I'll take it off my TDEE, eat 1500 calories, lose weight and not be starving, so if that means I know more than your MD... I'll take it.

You do not "shave" calories off of your BMR. You create your deficit from your TDEE. And you have a biology degree at that? Wowzers.
