Hello ladies. I am 6 weeks on diet but I just started using fitness pal. I find it very helpfull with controlling my calories intake. According to this app i wasn't eating enough because I was scierd I will eat to much. So now I know exactly ;) I wish us good luck

Hi. I started 6 weeks ago. I also add herbalife to my morning smoothies. But it is only a small part of diet. I count more on weight watchers. Find it very easy and quick. And I don't feel hungry almost at all. Just wanted to say good luck :D
