I'm 5'5. To clarify, I do 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 times a week. Just looking for suggestions of good routines that people like since there are a million out there and I don't know which I'll like.

I've had one for two weeks. I guess it is just a pedometer. I have sleep issues so I'm liking developing a sleep log for my doctor. It adjusts my calories when I'm active but honestly I'm not sure I will lose weight if I eat back every calorie I work off, so I ignore it.
