Lobster with fresh green beans and edemame, celery root mash, and baked Brussels sprouts. Lots of garlic and shallots. For dessert there was plain Greek yogurt with raw honey and mangos, kiwi, blue berries, and strawberries.

I looked similar to you when I was heavier and I am in my 40's. When I lost the weight I lost the stomach, no loose skin or stretch marks. I think you have a really good chance of not having either given your age and how nice your skin appears to be. I uploaded two pics that I took so you can judge for yourself. Good luck!

I had it for five years, it did not affect my weight one way or another.

This had me laughing. I try really hard to be stealth when I wake up to pee at night - don't want to activate the cats. My one kitty has a game where he races me to the toilet and sits on the seat which has more than once almost had dire consequences for me. My other cats just get excited that I'm up and then won't leave…

Some of those sites have some good low cal snack recipes. I used to visit one frequently for the recipes until I realized it was a proana site. I had googled a recipe and clicked he link going directly to the recipe and then surfed around looking at others...it wasn't until I was bored one day that I looked at other areas…

May want to reconsider taking supplements if your breastfeeding - a lot of that stuff isn't high quality or tested and may pass through breast milk to your baby. The only thing you need to do to lose weight is eat fewer calories than you burn. Get a scale and accurately weigh all solids and use cups/spoons to measure…

Not over 40 but close enough. My face looked terrible at 120lbs so I started to exercise and strength train and that seemed to improve many of my issues. I'm a 110 now and my face is no longer gaunt and my butt no longer flops around when I go downstairs. I strength train three times a week and I walk for about an hour to…

I gave up alcohol and the weight came off, but I used to drink to excess and then make really poor food choices to compensate for feeling like death the next day. Though I don't drink now, I do have a slice of chocolate cake on a regular basis and I went from 155 lbs to 110lbs and have been maintaining. You can consume…

I used to have a problem with nausea after vitamins and went to the Garden of Life brand. They are high quality and use bioavailable forms of the nutrients and have several options for a multivitamin as well as many other single vitamin options and a good vitamin b complex. I can take them on an empty stomach with no…

I've taken albuterol since I was a child off and on and it has had zero effect on weight. I think what you're experiencing may be coincidence, but if you find it excessively speedy it is possible that it is suppressing your appetite some. Most likely this side effect will diminish as you get used to it. Less is more, do…

^these are great suggestions! Whenever possible when traveling I try to pack my own snacks - a lot of fresh fruits, sandwiches, and lower calorie organic boxed meals like soups and veggie mixes that can be nuked at the hotel. You can check the eateries you will pass en route and figure out your meal options in advance as…

Decrease the amount of added sugar/refine carbs you are consuming, reduce sodium a little of your sodium is really high and drink a lot of water, the bloat will he gone in a few days. I find natural sugars in fruits and veggies don't cause the bloat but refine carbs and added sugars certainly do for me. Good luck!

I've done three attempts and joined several games at each attempt. I doubled what I bet each time. It takes a couple of days to get paid, but they are consistent and when you withdrawal your money they send it via PayPal instantly. I have really enjoyed my experiences with DietBet. They have a new one called StepBet that I…

Congratulations on identifying your triggers - that's a huge step. I have a feeling changing the way you deal with them will have a much greater impact on your life than just weight - I suspect you'll be much happier overall ;)

If you had difficulties losing on 900 - 1200 it indicates you are most likely not weighing your food. Get a good scale and weigh all your solids and select the accurate corresponding entry. Measure all your liquids. If you're active you should be able to lose at 1400 calories. I'm 5'2, 39yo, active, and went from 120lb to…

Yes, but I am having extreme GI issues. What hs helped me is to pay attention to what I eat and notice if I bloat afterwards. I've found that sugar/carbs cause extreme bloat so I have decreased the amount that I eat. My stomach is perfectly flat and if I eat one slice of bread within 30 minutes I look six months pregnant…

Exercise if you're bored. Doesn't have t be anything major, but if you have the extra time and nothing to do than exercise is a good alternative. Doesn't have to be anything major - go for a walk or do routines around your house. It will also buy you extra calories for later.

My husband burns 1500 calories more than I do a day, and is not very health conscious. While he eats to live, food is something I look forward to. He always has high calories very tasty items for dinner because he can fit those in and have nutritious items. If I am sedentary, my tdee is ~1400 calories (5'2, 110lb) which…

Wow - I can't believe you resurrected a necrothread to disagree with my advice. I have no idea what nalproxine is, not so obviously I didn't recommend that. I recommended Vivitrol which naltrexone, and it's perfectly fine to use in sobriety if you are having issues with cravings and may relapse. Yes, this is perfectly…

I'm frequently in situations that require me to drink...however, as a recovering alcoholic that is not a good idea for me lol. There are so many ways to make nonalcoholic beverages look like alcoholic beverages that your situation almost sounds like an excuse. Get juice or a soda in a hi ball glass and sword it. Make…

You've gotten some good suggestions - magnesium citrate and Miralax are both osmotic laxatives...drink A LOT of water when you take them (must have water for them to work)...if they don't t work within a few hours then slowly increase to dose. My doctor at one point had me drinking a half of a cup of Miralax powder in the…

I started out with the FitBit Charge Hr and went through two of them as they are not very durable. I now have an Apple Watch. While the watch is awesome and I love it, as far as activity tracking I think the FitBit is far superior. The watch doesn't have an indigenous sleep tracker and the sleep apps you have to manually…

Thank you guys so much!!! I really appreciate the insight. I will be going grocery shopping tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to baking with the almond flour. I found a recipie for keto gummy bears - I think I try making those as treat until my cravings are at bay. Riche120 - I think you right about the uncontrolled…

TDEE. I updated my post. I always get them switched if I'm typing in a hurry lol. I think when I learned them initially I had it backwards and it has stuck if I'm not focused when I reference one of them. Thx!

I'm 5'2 110lbs. I am wanting to do recomp but have to wait until I can fit it into my life. My TDEE is ridiculously low at this point, around 1350 without exercise. I frequently eat 4-6 eggs whites in a day for the protein boost (husband has the yolks - I'm allergic). 6 eggs whites is roughly 102 calories and 22g of…

If there is no info on the container and the company isn't responding I would take it back. I certainly wouldn't take a mystery substance. There are many other verified omega-3 suppliments and oils available that you can purchase. A reputable company will answer your questions in detail, and usually respond within 24-48…

Kudos to you OP for getting closer to your ideal! You look great in your photo, but I understand wanting to take it to the next level. I also appreciate you recognize weightloss may not be the entire solution, and that you won't push yourself to an unhealthy weight to get the results you desire. I'm in a similar situation…

It could possibly be bloating. I wake up flat and if I eat a trigger food by the end of the day I can't button my trousers and it goes back to normal the next day usually. How do you feel when this happens? Do you have any stomach soreness, nausea, or gas? If you're not suffering from excess pressure, pain, etc then it's…

This sounds like bloating. One of the biggest draw backs to aging is that we lose fat in our face which is part of the reason why skin is looser and wrinkles are more obvious.

I track everyday for a variety of reasons. Leaving items or information out of the diary does not mean that your body will ignore it and you get a pass on potential weight gain. I have good days and bad days and they are all recorded, which I'm glad I recorded everything. I recently had a bout of food poisoning and was…
