bloated. I've been drinking lots of water, what should I do to de bloat me? Should I do one of those juice cleanses?

    No, just continue as normal and drink plenty of water.

    I find rice does this to me alot (puffy face)

    Juice cleanses are terrible for you. You should never resort to these so-called cleanses. What you should do is give it time and just keep drinking water. Start logging your food and follow your calorie goal.

    Just how many carbs are we talking about? And what is your sodium each day? did you over do calories too?

    Have you thought about just going back to the basics (your normal diet) and waiting this out for about 3 days?

    Decrease the amount of added sugar/refine carbs you are consuming, reduce sodium a little of your sodium is really high and drink a lot of water, the bloat will he gone in a few days. I find natural sugars in fruits and veggies don't cause the bloat but refine carbs and added sugars certainly do for me. Good luck!
