Any oil you like, as long as you measure and tracking. When I feel like having the extra oily taste I use butter or coconut oil, but I cook with a ceramic pan so no oil is really needed :D

Why even let it bother you? Train for yourself, set nutritional and fitness goals for yourself. ...YOURSELF. Doing anything as a "I'll show you" is kind of petty and distracts you from your goals.

My favorite soda is China Cola, such a treat! As for any other soda it just depends on my mood really, I go through phases :p But if someone asked me to describe the taste of poison I would say diet soda (aspartame more specifically). Blaaaaaah

I just started lifting and this happens to me! I enjoy the energy high, but not when i want to sleep. I have found morning works best for me because of this.

I had one of those days yesterday! I woke up and wanted to eat everything! I just ate an extra snack and then did some cardio. Today is my strength training day and I'm barely hungry. Go figure...

People have always underestimated my weight, even at my slimmest. I have always been on the muscular side so I am guessing that's why.

I use a tablespoon in my coffee in the morning. Such a yummy treat. I notice how much more energetic I am when I have the oil vs I dont. I also do oil pulling, but that's a different story ;)

I just base my water intake off of how I feel. If I start to feel sluggish I drink a glass of water and usually I feel a lot better.
