  • I've done INSANITY twice now, love it! It is hard and the first time around it really showed me how out of shape I really was. I was huffing and puffing! It's not easy but it is so worth it. I actually saw my abs for the first time in my life part way through the first go round.

  • For me, since reaching my goal weight (more or less) I'm ALWAYS cold! I've begun taking a jacket with me everywhere I go and staying away from fans and the A/C vents.
