I've taken to running in places and doing stretches for exercise. Of course I struggle with motivation. But running in place makes me feel better and more energized. I also abuse coffee for energy lol. I'm stuck at home with kids so I can't go out for walks in this freezing cold right now.

I have trouble hitting my goal too. 1500 does seem difficult honestly, and that's from feeling full. Thanks for posting this OP, the responses were helpful. :)
