Hi there, my name is Kaitlyn. I'm currently trying to make sure I'm eating correctly and also trying to be physically active while not losing any more weight. I'm 92 lb and not very energetic when it comes to working out. I figure maintaining a good diet is most important.

I'm learning a good diet is most important and when you add small amounts of exercise even it gives you so much more energy....just a small walk makes a huge difference.0

I've taken to running in places and doing stretches for exercise. Of course I struggle with motivation. But running in place makes me feel better and more energized. I also abuse coffee for energy lol.
I'm stuck at home with kids so I can't go out for walks in this freezing cold right now.0
