  • I run probably 95% of the time in the morning without eating anything. For me its pretty simple. If Im hungry I will eat a banana or a protein bar 30 minutes or so before I run.   • I have been cleaning up my diet for about a year now. I have lost quite a bit of weight since I started running about 18 months ago. A clean diet really helps with the running. I Always try to stay open minded to learn more. Any friend requests are welcome. We can motivate each other !!
  • This is how it works. Lets motivate each other.
  • You can still eat lots of food. Just might have to eat healthier foods. It becomes a lifestyle. A part of you/ Like breathing. After a while of exercising and eating healthy you cant imagine how you didnt start sooner. You just have to stick with it and get lots of support and motivation from other healthy folks.
