i wear one to pair with my apple watch to track the length of my workouts as well as my TDEE for the day. if you dont care about your calories though i dont see why you'd need to. i just wanna make sure i'm eating around maintenance every day is my only reasoning.

i haaaate tuna. but it is so cheap and so high protein i will cover it in mustard and eat it. i also hate hate hate HATE greek yogurt. but i keep trying all the millions of brand/flavors convinced i will find one i like. if the pros of the food outweigh the cons of my tastebuds...i'll hold my nose and choke it down.

fruits, veggies, lean meats, greek yogurt, protein bars, salads, oats, deli meat, eggs, milk, rice cakes...i dont take anything out of my diet. i just eat all things in moderation.

Blue Bunny & Breyer's both make sugar free ice creams. Bryer's makes a carb smart ice cream that has less calories as well. Arctic Zero and Halo Top are good, but super expensive.

i'm nearly two years into my weight loss journey (down 70 pounds). i incorporate heavy lifting as well as HIIT cardio 3x a week...STILL have a tire. its just one of them thangs. i didn't get fat fast, i aint gonna get skinny fast.

i looked at your macros. your carbs looks a little high and your protein looks a little low. i would change the percentages on those two. i'd decrease carbs by 20/25ish and increase protein 20/25ish.

thats a pretty solid list. why dont you just keep eating those? i hide spinach in almost everything because it basically doesn't have a taste. i put fresh spinach in my omelettes in the morning, in my protein shakes, and on wraps if i make them.

you can log your water from the website. it has helped me to buy one huge water bottle. i currently use a hydro flask 40oz bottle. so if i drink one bottle thats already more than half of the 8 cups i need a day! and i dont feel as silly carting it around as i did when i use a gallon jug. good luck!!
