Not sure if its the preworkout or the physical activity, but I almost never leave the gym with a headache if I got there with one. But everyone is…

i loved those!! i lost 30 pounds replacing one meal a day with those! and exercise of course. i mixed the cookies and cream with vanilla almond milk. it never got old. i would think the vanilla bean would taste better with coffee. and of course any fruit. bananas, strawberries, blueberries. just keep in mind anything you…

i can't help much with low carb, and i dont know what your fitness goals are. ... but my go to sources of protein are eggs, greek yogurt (i prefer oikos triple zero), turkey bacon, chicken, turkey pepperoni, any kind of bean, and of course whey protein. i will throw in a protein bar too once and a while. good luck!

If you want to do a shake, do an actual meal replacement shake. not a protein shake. try GNC's Total Lean meal replacement shake. this product has carbs, protein, and fat, whereas syntha 6 is mostly just protein. the Total Lean shakes will leave you feeling fuller for longer. mix them with about a cup of unsweetened almond…
