Total Lean Shake Recipes

Hey all!!!
I'm on my first week of Total Lean shakes. I'm sticking to it and feel amazing...
I've chose the Vanilla Bean and Cookies & Cream and alternate those.
Just wondering if anyone has any low calorie recipes they could suggest for those 2 flavors?
I read somewhere that mixing half water and half coffee (black) with the Cookies & Cream was good?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

    I use skimmed milk for my shakes. Adds a bit of protein, calcium, magnesium, and vit D.
    Some people used flavored nut waters such as almond milk or coconut milk. No protein though.

    i loved those!! i lost 30 pounds replacing one meal a day with those! and exercise of course.

    i mixed the cookies and cream with vanilla almond milk. it never got old.
    i would think the vanilla bean would taste better with coffee. and of course any fruit. bananas, strawberries, blueberries. just keep in mind anything you add is extra calories! so don't do too much!
