Ignore it. Focus on your health. Or have surgery. It all depends on how well your skin shrinks back. Mine doesn't at all. I hate it. I'll never be able to afford surgery. So I just focus on health.

Green leafy I can do. I love love love avacados, but have a hard time fitting them in because of their calories. I'm struggling to not eat over my calorie goal.
