I'm just into the end of week one of block two of p90x3 and I have been enjoying it. Cant speak for insanity as I have never tried it but either way they both seem challenging and effective...nutrition has been the difficult part for myself.

Hope day one went well @akhilc! I just started on the last week of block one, this isometrics is difficult but damn can you feel it. I'll tell Ya this myfitnesspal has been very helpful for me so I strongly recommend it...

I just started 3 weeks ago and I'm enjoying it! Focus on your goal and stick to it, something that might help is write it down and put it on the wall where you'll see it every day...just a thought. Would be willing to help out too. Enjoy the day
