Hello all, the names Jason. Recently I embarked on the P90x3 challenge hoping to tone and maintain my weight. It's been a different kind of workout but I like it. Results are slim as of yet however I've only just started and trying to adjust to a new level of nutrition. The ride for me starts monday (2 days to go)
I am going for the classic schedule. My goal is to lose 26 lbs and ~3 inches of my waist. Unsure if 1 round of this program can help me achieve that or i'll need multiple of them.
