  • I had a really bad day yesterday. Had to travel for work...a reception with not much healthy food and lots of fried food. So hard to stay focused in that environment! I did a little better today but tomorrow I am back on track!

  • Struggling with my weigh ins...seems my weight can fluctuate up to 7 or 8 lbs in a day's time. Plan to weigh just once a week at the same time...hopefully that will help.   • Hi Kendal2006 ! I just started so I don't know how to add you?? I actually used Chantix initially but I didn't like the side effects. I am using a vapor cigarette right now and hope to reduce the nicotine level gradually until I wean myself off completely. The vapor cigarette works great!
