  • Try making your own mayo. You need an egg, extra light olive oil and a blender. Google Paleo mayo or Whole30 mayo. It is lovely and will work very nicely with your vegetables.
  • Increase your water intake! Do whatever you need to do to make water more palatable to you. Drink 2 12 oz. glasses before you eat anything in the morning. And keep drinking through the day. It will help reduce snack cravings and greatly increase your regularity. Best wishes. Mary
