I'm definitely up and down with my moods. Some days are okay, others not so much. I do try to be grateful for all I have on those really low days, but sometimes it's hard to control how one feels. As someone mentioned above- 'time of the month' often greatly affects it. You are not alone!

42 here! I gained a lot of weight when I had my son and here I am 6 years later and still have 25 lbs to lose. I seem to stagnate at the same weight no matter what. I'm good with the exercise but I cannot control my eating! Would love some support and motivation!
