Self Talk, Affirmations, PodCast Recommendations

Just curious about positive self talk and affirmations. I have reviewed and used Shad Helmstetter Self-Talk resources before, and also And Josie Ong's affirmation podcast.

My main interested are conquering depression, cultivating a personality of compassion, encouraging positivity, and health/fitness.

Anyone have any other resources they recommend?

    I'm interested too! I really need to incorporate this into my life. Too many negative vibes .. I need to change that

    Here are some that I use myself for attitude, I'm finishing one on eating .... I will read these, repeat them out loud (in private) and I will also rewrite them over and over. I should record these and listen to them as well.

    I create myself, I am responsible for me.
    I create the thought, the belief, the attitude, the desire and the will to take positive actions.
    I have strength, power, conviction, confidence.
    I am enthusiastic; I am energetic.
    I am positive, I am optimistic.
    I am determined. I am committed to achieving all my goals.

    I am always thinking positive, uplifting and encouraging thoughts.
    I am making this an exceptional day.

    I am a whole foods plant based vegan for health and compassion.
    I am controlling my appetite, I am controlling how much I eat.
    I am eating the right amount and balance of foods to fuel my body.
    I am eating healthy foods and that makes me feel better.
    I am eating what I need to make my body strong and healthy.
    I always choose the most nutritional foods.
    I am getting closer to my perfect weight every day.
    I am in total control of my cravings and only indulge those that are healthy.
    I am only interested in eating nutritious and healthy foods.
    I am what I eat; I therefore only eat the very best.
    I choose to eat healthy meals every day.
    I control my weight through healthy eating and regular exercise.
    I do everything I need to do to achieve my healthy weight.
    I am easily letting go of all unhealthy eating habits and cravings.
