I have read them all. Food intake has changed and I'm cutting out as much sugar as I can and I'm doing sprints at least once a week.

I switch it up with different ab workouts. I'm going back to doing some insanity vids.

It helps bruh.... Being active helps your blood flow a lot. It's better then sitting at home doing nothing.
