I drink one litre milk almost everyday which is stopping me from reaching towards my goal

You should treat yourself with one cheat day almost evry week or alternate week. It really helps me in improving my metabolism. I am sure it will help u also.

I would suggest not to eat anything back from what you loose via exercise.

Get your BCA body composition analysis done first before starting out any plan. Start your first week by eating slightly above your BMR. Slowly increase 100 calories each week. Continue increasing 100 calories each week till you stop loosing weight. Buy a food weighting scale. Calculate everything uncooked raw. Wish u good…

20 pounds is just too much of weight loss which is not recommended. Best thing is to loose one pound per week. So max you can loose in 8 weeks is 8-10 pounds without doing any crash diets. Just maintain a deficit of 500 daily. Try to do some form of exercise that will also help.

Don't worry be patient. Weight loss is a very slow process. Weigh everything you eat. Eat whatever you like but inside your macros under your calories budget. You can do it. Weight loss is all about number of calories in verses out
