that true. MFP calculates only the calories burnt with cardio. For weight training you could calculate it yourself. It would be difficult to predict calories burn using weights as it varies from various factors like the size of weights you lifted, the rest between sets etc etc :)

current weight 74kg goal weight around 65-68 165 cm height. 1700 calories is what MFP set for me when I entered my current weight and goal weight. I generally eat back 300 calorie which I burn from my cardio and weight training. I have lost 10 kg so fat by eating in deficit.

Yes I am still managing it. Since past few weeks I am eating at maintenance. Daily calorie goal is 1500. I also eat 300+ calories earned from 30-45 mins Cardio. Been eating 1800-2000 daily. Weight is stuck at 74. I have been doing it since last 90 days now. It has been working so good for me. I did change my goal in MFP…

500 cals a day. Loosing half kg per week. This is what I have currently setup in MFP.

Lost 22 pounds and trying to loose 10 more pounds. But it is getting harder and harder day by day to loose even 1 lbs now. Haven't lost in 3 weeks now. Stuck at 74 kg :(

Thanks for suggestion. I will surely add this to my diet. I have been getting good sleep since last one week after i increased my fat % from 20 to 30.

I think you have concluded it quite nicely. In order to cut down my calories. I stopped eating fats completely. I added egg york yesterday in my diet and finally I was able to get some good sleep after almost 5 days of sleeplessness.
