If you're working out like that you still might be in starvation mode Up your calories 1300 and see if that helps. Increase calories slowly tho. I'd ip them 50 calories a week until you reach 1300 or 1400. 1200 is low for someone who is really active

Starting with 30 min is great :) as long as you're doing Something. You can also workout at home. They have lots of DVDs you can workout to. :)

No I didn't have any pain at all. I did make sure to walk around more tho. Everything I do (movement wise) I think of it as just burning more fat. It's funny how just doing extra stuff around the house can help you lose the body fat.

I workout every muscle group Arms/ shoulders, chest/back, core/legs, glutes/lower back I do about 5 min of a warm up before my workouts and 30min of cardio after each workout

When I started a only ate the amount of calories and didn't watch my fats, protein or carbs. I didn't watch those until I started lifting weights about a year ago :) You'll have to get a little creative with your foods.
