On Monday, I walked into a gym for the first time in years. I felt very out of place and intimidated. I didn't leave I did what was familiar to me, the stationary bike as I looked around to find out what I could do next. Needless to say I plan to return to the same gym tomorrow. ☺️

Hello I'm Terria and I would like to lose 25-30 pounds by Christmas. I have lots of workout equipment at home lots of DVDs. I also have a busy schedule with work and college. Thursday will be my days off for working out.

I take .175mcg Synthroid daily. This morning I weighed in at 209.2 lbs. I am barely 4'11". I gain weight very easily and I know from experience that I need to increase my cardio and exercise daily to see results.
