10min warm-up on elliptical, Chest and triceps, 50min elliptical, And 1 hr treadmill walking 0% incline/3.8 speed. I had coconut water during elliptical to hydrate, and an almond granola bar during treadmill ... Small breakfast before gym.

Yay! I did Insanity last summer and lost 8lbs... It was a killer but I loved the results and energy plus the positive compliments and encouragement from ppl were a wonderful pat on the back. Keep going!!

@MellowGa @Lizabeelle1212 Thanx guys! Yes, didn't think to mention but yes I have an iPhone, and it's linked to the MFP step app. I don't have a tracker, fairly new to being consistent on MFP...but thanks for the help(:
