Experts suggest weighting oneself Friday, which is what I do. We generally weight less on Friday for some reason, and it sets you up for the weekend ahead! This has been writing well for me. I would try not to weigh everyday because our weight fluctuates daily

How many calories would you suggest a 23 year old woman consume at 325lbs 5'11? I at leat work out 5 days a week for an hour and strength train 2-3 times week as well. Lately I've been consuming anywhere between 1200-1500. I'm wondering if that's enough or to little?

I want to say the calculation is for maintaining my weight. I guess I'm just curious if I'm consuming too little calories for the day especially with how much I'm excercising.

Well according to the my fitness pal calculator I can consume 2,325 calories a day...that sounds like so much tho. I currently have it set to 2,000 but like I said I've been staying in the 1200-1500 calorie range. Im wondering if not getting enough calories can also hinder any future weight loss?

I am 5'11 closer to 6'0 and weigh 327 and wear a size 22/24 depending on brand and how much spandex.

I'm in a similar boat I started a few weeks ago at 334. It's a slow process weightloss. But I was able to make small changes such as tracking my calories, drinking 120oz of water daily!!!! and no more fast food runs. I also increased my fiber, veggies and fruits. As yourself I set a 2lbs a week goal which is achievable…
