Lol!!! Love it!!! No, not all at once, 2 sets of 15. A few extras later just cause I could.

I squatted 284 today, x 30 reps, no big deal, my *kitten* is still flat.

Its not about lines, it's about chaffing. And stem to stern wedgies that cause discomfort.

Planks, push ups, handstands, yoga.

So, i just dont wear thongs. Ever. I am, essentially, a crotch nurse. The idea of a thong just grosses me out. If i am in a thong situation, I go without.

So expensive! But look perfect. May turn into a gift suggestion. Thanks!!

Yes, i do like running shorts for the summer. Right now I'm wearing long spandex pants or capris, it's a little chilly for shorts in the car and so on. Today i stuck it out with the performance panties, did a couple miles on the treadmill and my usual weights. It wasnt too bad.

Just read that in another thread. So, I will choose to not care about calories burned, and just get strong and eat right. It's worked for the first 15 pounds in 6 weeks, another 15 to go.

Oh, and I go through 3-4 rotations.

Yes, I just tried to enter my weight session from this morning under cardio as suggested above, it gave me 185 calories. Pppffftttt. My heart rate was above 160 for the majority of my work out, and it was 45 minutes long, and my reps, sets, pace and weight were high. I rest minimally. I get excited an go too fast, I know,…

I am going through the same issue. I am active (a nurse) and tall and I almost never eat as many calories as MFP allows (2130 for me) and 2-3 days a week i get the "you may not be eating enough" message. When I chose healthy foods I only eat about 1400-1600 calories, and I'm not hungry. And that is with at least one extra…

Glutes! Can barely sit. Worked on shoulders too.

Yes, trying to get stronger. If being a lady disqualifies me from sharing your interests don't add me. I'm working with a trainer for the first time in my life. Basically, so I can learn how to use the machines and techniques for free weights. Dead lifts kinda baffle me. I'm not sure I'm doing it right, she says I am, but…

My trainers goal weight for me is 175!!!!! Thats 15 pounds away, and i feel like i need to lose 40 to get rid of this flab!

Yes! Have friends to like your exercise and diaries helps a lot! Can't figure out how to add friends, tho, very frustrated by that :(

So on your nights off when do you eat?

And exercise doesn't seem to affect my eating patterns, after a 50 minute work out yesterday at 11 am I still forgot to eat lunch.
