My diet isn't the greatest but I'm slowly improving it. Trying to decrease my portion sizes and eating less processed stuff or fast food. I'm mostly drinking water with the occasional sprite about once or twice a week. For exercise I'm alternating days on treadmill/cardio stuff with strength exercises.

I have 2 kids as well that are 5 &2! Both girls. I'm also looking to lose 50+ lbs. Not the best feeling when the 5 year old keeps insisting I have a baby in my belly!

I can't do mornings cause I'm not a morning person and won't get out of bed. Evening time I usually reserve for doing any homework I have. I've found that I'm most likely to stick with working out if I do it around 8:30-9 before I go into work. It works for me, just means I have two little cheerleaders working beside me…

I'm not sure how to add people but feel free to add me. I have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old! Starting weight is 200 lbs and looking to get down to 150 before reassessing and deciding where I want to go from there.
