I really dont exercise much. Ots kind of the lowest thing on my priority list between school, work, family, and household tasks. I've mainly been focused on my diet and have lost 15 lbs so far.

Drinks lots of water, keep healthy snack in your fridge and cupboards, don't shop hungry, and take different ways to work and such so you don't go by fast food places.

I struggle with finding motivation to exercise too. I honestly don't stress it too much since I'm still losing weight. I think it will be easier for me when the weather is nicer and I can get outside.

I pretty much eat at maintenance and spend my whole week in bed around my period. I'm not even concerned about weight loss.

I also weigh daily so I generally have a good idea of what my weight that I record is going to be. But...if for whatever reason I don't want to weigh then I just don't. I don't owe it to my scale to weigh everyday. I'm seeing a ton of positive indicators of my weight loss such as looser clothing. My weight is just another…

It really depends on your height and body shape. I'm 5'7" and currently 190. My size 14s are loose and I'm just fitting into the one pair of size 12s I have. Time to hit up goodwill for some 12s here.

Replacing snacking with drinking water, stock your fridge with healthier snack options, and brush your teeth after a certain point so you're less likely to eat (though that one never worked for me)
