Sometimes if my kid's evening activities run later than normal, I just decided on the way home 'screw it - it' a cheat day now - we're getting a pizza on the way home'.

When you say fasting, what exactly do you do? Fast a day at a time, just liquids for a few days? I've been thinking about fasting to push me past my plateaus but I'm not sure exactly what the best method is?

Salads can be super deceptive. If you are making your own, make sure you are measuring the cheese, dressings and condiments (crotons, crackers, bacon bits, etc.) very carefully. If you are getting a premade grocery store salad, make sure to check the servings (I find most at my local supermarket have 2.5 servings).…

My husband comes home from 3 months of military training training at the end of Sept...I want to be @ 155# by then (which is 30 lbs from my final goal). 11# to go as of this morning...woohoo!!
